My name is Gaia and I'm fourteen years old. I live in Colleferro not in the centre but in a small peripheral district. Its name in italian is"quarto chilometro" and in english "the fourth km" because it is situated four kilometres far from the town centre (it is logical, isn't it?).
I'm very happy to live here because this place is situaded in the middle of the country, but for me is very difficult to reach the town centre to go to school and to see my friends because I'haven't the driving licence yet.
In my family there are four people, my mother, my dad, my sister and me. My mother’s name is Patrizia, she is forty-six years old and she works in a school, she is a teacher. Her passion is dancing. This passion becomes a work when she teaches dancing to the others with my father, who likes dance too. My dad’s name's Gianfranco. He is fifty-four years old. He is an employee in the town all. His passion is gardening and in fact the garden of my home is full of trees and flowers. My sister’s name's Mara. She a shop assistant and works in a big sportwear shop. I'm the youngest of the family. My hobbies are volley ball and dancing but in the great part of my time I'm busy to study. Now, I'm attending the first class of the scientific technological high school. In the next future I hope i will be an engineer. Best wishes
